Prepare and distribute the monthly leasing vacancy report
Maintain and update leasing brochures using InDesign and keep property listings current on the company website
Provide leasing representatives with essential information (i.e. renewal options, option to terminate, and double check lease expiry dates) for quarterly reporting.
Ensure broker commissions are processed, tracked and reconciled
Enter and update transaction details in systems such as VTS and Yardi to maintain accurate deal pipelines.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals and packages for both internal and external use as needed
Maintain the accuracy of marketing materials and coordinate occasional campaigns through Mailchimp
Input leasing assumptions into Yardi, prepare budget reports, and ensure the accuracy of all leasing-related data
Track progress of leasing deals, ensuring accuracy of records and timely updates in internal systems.
Work with property managers to arrange leasing signage as needed

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (commercial real estate preferred)
