-Coordinate with offshore teams for modeling and validation activities. -Generate detailed technical reports and present results to customers and internal teams. -Solve non-linear problems and debug issues in the model. -Provide technical recommendations and propose design improvements based on analysis results. -Define loads, boundary conditions, and material properties for simulations. -Perform FEA modeling, meshing, analysis, and post-processing for heavy equipment components.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in Abaqus and Hypermesh, capable of performing structural simulations, interpreting results, and contributing to design improvements in heavy machinery. We are looking for a highly motivated FEA Engineer / CAE Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) to support virtual product validation of earthmoving and mining equipment.
