The role oversees direction, management, coordination and implementation of client work within a designated area to deliver exceptional cleaning services. It also aims to grow revenue from existing accounts and manage a mobile workforce of subcontractors and employees.
- Participate in client development and implementation plans, including waxing schedules, budgets, and potential upsell opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Train subcontractors and employees on legal requirements (e.g., WHMIS, health and safety) and United-specific cleaning procedures
- Lead process initiatives and collaborate with senior management to identify trends and gaps
- Analyze and control store budgets, monitor operational expenses, and devise strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability
- Implement transitions of new activities on client sites following the transition process
- Support hiring, recruitment, training, performance management, and termination of subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and regulations
- Respond promptly to client and subcontractor needs and concerns
- Work flexible rotating shifts, including evenings and nights
- Manage budgeting and cost control in concierge operational settings
- Motivate a mobile team of subcontractors

Successful candidates possess strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, time‑management, leadership, technological proficiency, budgeting expertise, and knowledge of floor‑care procedures.
