The Apartment Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for keeping an assigned community’s apartments and facilities in good working order. This includes coordinating the maintenance crew, responding promptly to service requests, and ensuring a supply of market‑ready units to meet leasing demand while maintaining high‑standard property appearance.
In addition to daily operations, the supervisor assists with hiring, training, and developing maintenance staff, which may include painters and landscapers, and contributes to meeting financial goals without compromising quality or resident satisfaction.
Qualified candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess three to five years of multifamily property management, facility maintenance, or mechanical repair experience, and have HVAC expertise with an EPA Type II or Universal license. For Florida locations a CAMT license is required, a valid driver’s license is mandatory, and one to three years of supervisory experience is preferred.
