Develop an understanding of quality management and effective project work in accordance with quality management procedures.
Develop and advance direct reports.
In collaboration with the project manager, manage the client and interior design staff through the project process on multiple projects, including large projects.
Assist the project team in producing quality interior design work in all phases.
Perform architectural assignments with instructions from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding the expected results.
Collaborate with other Interior Designers and Managers in supporting the team and the client on larger projects.
Coordinate all aspects of the interior design project work with the client’s representative. Leading the design for clients and managing their expectations.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, assisting and supporting team members.
A professional, accredited degree in Interior Design, along with at least 8 years of experience.
