Demonstrated experience managing program/project status, schedules, SOW and CDRLs.
MA/MS degree and over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description preferred; or a Bachelor's degree and 12 years experience allowed.
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations.
Proficient with using the AMS. Familiar with ACAT level programs. Demonstrated knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV, and OSD forms related to PPBES.
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
