- Lead the solution design and provide oversight for development, testing, operational readiness, and implementation of solutions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models to analyze large datasets, extract insights, and drive decision-making.
- Define the solution, guide data scientists, ML engineers, and prompt engineers, and enable the successful rollout of the solution, demonstrating a research/experimental mindset.

- Strong solution and design expertise in the areas of data analytics, AI, GenAI, and rapid application development.
- Master’s degree in computer science.
- At least 8+ years of experience in software solution development, with at least 5+ years of exposure in deep tech as a data lead and data specialist.
- Exposure to working with global stakeholders while demonstrating technology leadership.
- Must have played the role of a specialist and led at least two successful global product/solution rollouts.
- Worked with Agile teams, with hands-on experience in recent tools and technologies (e.g., AI engines - LLM, SLM, DevOps, Copilots).
