Perform electrical systems analysis including load flow, short circuit, arc-flash and breaker settings.
Develop network diagrams, instrument location plans, input/output (I/O) lists, instrument index, control philosophy, control narratives, cause & effect diagrams, and instrument specifications.
Participate in preparation of proposals and design-build / Engineer-Procure-Construct subcontract scope development.
Support business development and marketing initiatives.
Design and specify facility support systems including site surveillance, gate access, lightning protection and operations buildings.
Develop and improve processes, tools, and standards.
Responsible for Quality Assurance process adherence.
Develop system control philosophies and alarm setpoints, as well as provide EI&C comments on equipment procurement specifications.
Design and specify electrical equipment including service entrance coordination with public utility, low voltage motor control centers, transformers, generators, transfer switches, power distribution centers (PDC’s) and other typical electrical equipment.

Federal fueling industry (strongly preferred)
Experience in ETAP and/or SKM software; computer aided design and modeling software such as AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit.
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from ABET accredited program and successful completion of Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
Aviation fueling industry (strongly preferred)
Demonstrate critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
Minimum of 3 years related experience in:
Ability to travel.
Familiarity with fuel process equipment – motor operated valves and controllers; automatic tank gauging systems for large and small tanks, leak detection systems, load computers, flow meters, etc.
Advanced knowledge of industrial standards and codes such as NEC, NFPA, API, PIP, IEEE.
