

Lead CDM compliance across multiple projects
Conduct site visits across London and surrounding areas
Attend client and design team meetings (in-person & remote)
Prepare and maintain CDM documentation
Advise on risk management and health & safety from design to completion
Strong organisational, multitasking & communication skills
Knowledge of UK construction & health & safety standards
NEBOSH General/Construction desirable
4+ years’ experience in CDM consultancy, construction, or surveying
Confident client-facing experience on high-risk projects
