- Ensure that all personnel, contractors, and vendors involved in projects receive appropriate EHS induction and ongoing training.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety legislation, regulations, and corporate standards.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS management systems, policies, objectives, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments for project and site activities, ensuring control measures are implemented and maintained.
- Support incident investigations as required and implement learnings to prevent recurrence.
- Support the development and coordination of emergency response procedures.
- Liaise with client EHS teams, management, vendors, and contractors to ensure alignment on EHS expectations.
- Maintain EHS records, statistics, and reporting for site activities.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify that EHS requirements are embedded throughout projects and operations.
- Coordinate and facilitate EHS and functional meetings, ensuring proactive communication across teams.
- Provide EHS guidance and oversight across projects and operational activities.

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in EHS leadership within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO management systems, including ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management).
- Third-level qualification in Occupational Safety/Health, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting projects and operational initiatives in a regulated environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
