

JLL provides professional services in real estate and investment management worldwide.
The role leads daily property operations for an assigned facility. You will manage client activities, implement building procedures and performance measures, and promote best practices to improve processes. You will also ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
Building strong client relationships is essential, as you will proactively meet client expectations and serve as the primary contact for facilities‑related concerns.
You will oversee the site’s budget, accounting and financial operations, coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure procurement compliance, quality work, and alignment with contract terms and budget.
Candidates should have six to eight years of facilities management experience, preferably with a SCEM certification, knowledge of occupational safety, and exposure to life‑science environments. A solid background in contract management, budget supervision, customer service and stakeholder engagement is required.
We seek analytical, goal‑oriented managers who can resolve complex issues using quantitative methods, possess expertise in health and safety, vendor management and technical systems, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement is essential.
