The Staff Accountant will perform a variety of general accounting functions within the corporate accounting department. This position supports month-end closing, reconciliations, audits, and accounts payable processes.
- Prepare month-end adjusting journal entries and monthly account/bank reconciliations.
- Assist with interim and year-end audits and state/local filing requirements.
- Generate and distribute annual 1099 forms.
- Post daily cash receipts, process bank disbursements, and enter vendor invoices.
- Review invoices for correct GL coding, approvals, and maintain AP documentation.
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries.
- Support staff on special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Candidates must hold a BS/BA in Accounting and have 0-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent education.
