- Keep abreast of geopolitical trends, security threats and evolving risk landscapes through continuous research, participating in professional networks and engaging in ongoing learning. This helps to enhance expertise and ensure the organization stays ahead of emerging risks.
- Due diligence investigations on potential business partners, suppliers, clients, and other relevant entities to assess their reputation, credibility, and exposure to geopolitical risks. This helps in identifying potential risks associated with engaging with specific individuals or organizations.
- Collecting and analyzing information from diverse sources, including open-source intelligence, proprietary databases, confidential informants, and government reports. Includes conducting primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and intelligence on geopolitical risks.
- Assisting in the development of crisis management plans and procedures to effectively respond to geopolitical crises or unexpected events. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing timely intelligence updates and supporting decision making during crises
