  • Work with leasing on NER calculations, budgets and other directed leasing initiatives
  • Continue to guide Leasing & Operations team to safeguard NOI during rezoning process through effective asset management including creative lease up/renewal efforts
  • Manage rapid transit site Expropriation/Section 3 Agreement negotiations with TIC for TransLink Skytrain Station; Support Development Team to achieve rezoning
  • Lease in-line CRU units outlined in budget that meet the overall merchandising strategy.
  • Support Key IPP Initiatives & Development Pipeline
  • -Support Retail East and Retail West Leasing Teams to evaluate new leasing opportunities
  • -Support transition to Monthly Management Meeting for Retail West
  • Ensure continual sales growth and clearing of arrears by: Collaborate with Marketing Team to drive traffic; and support Site Team in delivering successful grand opening for Sing Sing by summer 2026
  • Support Development team’s planning and feasibility work towards mixed-use entitlements;
  • -Support Retail East and Retail West Operation Teams to ensure timely opening dates for new tenants to minimize AR
  • Execute on key expiries and support Hold/Sell investment strategy
  • Work with leasing on NER calculations, budgets and other-directed leasing initiatives
  • Support leasing manager on completing renewals for 2026
  • Work with leasing team to create / update an overall 2026 merchandising strategy
  • -Support Ops team in proactively reviewing monthly sales and AR report to work strategically with Marketing and Leasing
  • Work with leasing team to create / update an overall 2026 merchandising strategy Work with leasing and development to redesign and lease the former HBC premises at favourable terms to budget

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Argus Enterprise a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills; detail-oriented and proficient in building and handling complicated data sets.
  • Previous experience working within a real estate, real estate brokerage/leasing, appraisal firm, or real estate lender is desirable. A strong interest in developing a career within real estate is essential.
  • Currently enrolled in an academic Business program preferably in Real Estate or Finance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate and present results that articulate key themes and messages.
