In this Solutions Engineer role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical products and customer needs. The role involves pre-sales support, technical consultation (design, architecture, and programming), product demonstration, and often post-sales implementation. The main goal is to support sales by ensuring not only that the solution is technically feasible but the right fit for the customers problem.
Provide clear, complete documentation for clients and internal teams
o Produce and maintain accurate implementation documentation, diagrams, and user guides
o Takes full responsibility for project outcomes, from kick-off to post-deployment support.
Deliver high-quality, on-time, and on budget solutions deployments
Deliver full implementation documentation for completed projects
o Develop or customize integrations using APIs, SDKs, or third-party tools.
o Monitor solution performance and ensure it meets SLAs and customer expectations.
Provide feedback to improve future project delivery and product designs
o Perform system validation and acceptance testing with customers.
Deliver technical demos, proof-of-concept engagements
Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and the client during implementation
o Configure, install, and deploy solutions according to project specifications.
o Conduct project kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
o Document lessons learned and feedback for continuous improvement.
o Provide stabilization support during the post-deployment phase.
o Produces high-quality work, especially in configuration, documentation, and testing phases.
o Contributing to product roadmap discussions based on implementation feedback.
Submit actionable feedback report to teams based on project experience
o Escalate critical technical issues to engineering with clear documentation and context.
o Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, and Product Managers to validate solution design.
o Quickly identifies root causes and applies structured approaches to solve technical or process issues.
Ensure stability and satisfaction after deployment
Maintain project status reports with weekly updates
o Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple stakeholders.
o Escalates issues appropriately when needed.
o Coordinate with product development, QA, support, and sales teams.
o Serve as the primary technical point of contact during the implementation phase.
Design and deploy custom integrations
Tailor solutions to meet unique environments and requirements
o Effectively works across sales, product, engineering, and support teams to deliver cohesive solutions.

o Familiar with project methodologies and principles, GAMP, etc… (where relevant).
