Able to manage internal process audit programs, focused on auditing to set standards, and to transfer audit findings into prioritized improvement actions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of material testing and Quality Assurance Processes
Experience in finding the root cause of complex problems in a manufacturing environment that are the cause of loss of efficiency in any form (speed, yield, quality, rate)
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Chemical Engineering
15 years’ experience working in a process engineering field within a complex manufacturing operation or similar industry
Experience with wet processes, including slurry handling in industrial environments
Experience with process simulation software such Aspen HYSYS
