Acting as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders
Supervising project execution and performance management through project reviews with the management and Project Managers to ensure contract fulfillment and approving any project deviations.
Leading the project management team and the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategies.
Overseeing and leading the execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
Ensuring that the portfolio of projects is managed consistently based on best practices and ABB policies, controls, and requirements.
Coordinating with Supply Chain Management, and successfully procures all required services, materials, and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers
Ensuring that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with ABB policies and contractual agreements.

Excellent project management and people leadership experience.
Knowledge in other functions like Engineering, Supply Chain along with strong project management skills.
Degree in Engineering or another relevant course.
Experience in managing project teams effectively and ability to engage and motivate people from different cultures.
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Experience in handling complex and medium to large size projects like E-house, electrification or automation projects across energy industries (oil and gas, offshore or FPSO, renewables, etc.)
