The Grounds Maintenance Associate is responsible for keeping all turf, shrubs, and plants healthy and attractive, as well as maintaining the exterior areas of the complex in a clean, litter‑free condition. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to the Business Manager and works Monday through Friday. The employee will also perform other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.

Compensation is determined by business needs, prior experience, skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the role may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus paid on a bi‑weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual schedule.

Paid sick leave accrues at one hour per 30 hours worked (max 120 hours), vacation accrues up to 120 hours in the first five years, and ten paid holidays are provided each year.
