You are confident, well spoken, generous and you can manage multiple relationships and tasks.
You will have previous experience in Front Desk or in Guest Relations.
English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language. Additional languages are an advantage.
You have high empathy and guest centricity. Resilient.
You have a knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Opera, HotSOS, Spa Soft.
