Analyze the Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts for accuracy include monthly variance explanation reporting.
Assist in certain financial and operational reporting requests on recurring and as needed basis
Prepare and record journal entries to the General Ledger. Review periodic reports of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and correct errors prior to close of accounting period.
Responsible for collecting revenue billings from internal and external customers.
Responsible for revenue billing for multiple Corporate entities.
Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules.
Responsible for reconciling Accounts Receivable subsidiary including but not limited to researching discrepancies.
Review and analyze transactions from Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable to ensure they have been accurately coded and recorded.
Manage working capital and work with AP and AR to investigate, resolve and/or report on discrepancies and manage cash for the corporate entity.

Strong knowledge of GAAP
Experience with audit process

1-3 years in accounting, audit, or treasury related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
Accounts receivable or equivalent work experience in an accounting environment preferred
