The role focuses on proactively engaging in business development and supplying activities for retail assets such as malls and high‑streets, while managing end‑to‑end retail transactions. Responsibilities include networking, cold‑calling, attending industry seminars, leveraging existing relationships, and building new connections with developers, retailers, brands, and landlords.
You will provide advisory services to source, execute, and close retail deals, handling client presentations, site inspections, pricing inputs, negotiations, legal documentation, and final closures. The position requires delivering accurate market coverage, cash‑flow analyses, and presentation materials on time, demonstrating strong financial and client‑management skills, and coordinating with offshore teams to ensure customer satisfaction and governance throughout the execution phase.
Candidates should have 2‑4 years of experience handling retail transactions, a graduate degree (MBA or postgraduate studies are a plus), and strong competencies in business development, transaction advisory, networking, data management, presentation, and negotiation. Self‑motivation, multitasking ability, and direct client‑handling experience are essential.
