Manage Resources and Equipment: Oversee the purchasing, issuing, and ordering of necessary supplies and equipment. Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in excellent operating condition.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Conduct regular, detailed site inspections across multiple sites to guarantee all work meets the highest quality standards. Be prepared to step in and assist staff when necessary to support the team.
Uphold Safety and Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols and conduct site-specific training for new employees to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Lead and Retain High-Performing Teams: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise all hourly general cleaners. Drive employee satisfaction and retention through effective leadership, scheduling, and motivation.
