  • Reconcile purchasing card (P-Card) expenses and generate mileage reimbursement reports in Chrome River.
  • Work with annual budgets and lease plans.
  • Utilize social media to source and connect with prospective tenants.
  • Run reports from Yardi Voyager for the Leasing Team.
  • Maintain and update dashboards.
  • Assist with preparations for International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) meetings and conferences.
  • Access Content Cloud for lease language.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Leasing team as needed.
  • Research contact information for prospective tenants.
  • Assist with Letters of Intent (LOI) by analyzing tenant terms.
  • Assist with calendar maintenance for Leasing Managers.
  • Conduct basic analysis of tenant rents, cost of occupancy, deal terms, etc.
  • Retrieve and supply sales numbers to tenants.
  • Prepare lease plans for tenant presentations.
  • Update monthly lease and merchandising plans.
  • Coordinate property team calls, including creating agendas and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets for leasing projects, including contract negotiation tracking.
  • Send out property packages.
  • Enter deals in Yardi, including tenant packages.
  • Share content with tenants using the cloud-based platform Box.

  • Strong analytical skills preferred.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Kofax Nuance PDF, SharePoint, Box, and Yardi.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a leasing support or administrative role.
  • Comprehensive understanding of lease agreements and deal entry.
