Civil Engineering Project Manager – Transportation (Construction)

Description

• Lead project teams to ensure quality work
• Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets
• Manage project scope, schedule, and staffing
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Meet project‑specific delivery requirements
• Lead project pursuits, secure and negotiate contracts, and provide updates
• Mentor, guide, and develop staff
• Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• Collaborate with colleagues and utilize internal resources to enhance professional skills
• Administer JT’s Quality Assurance process for all projects

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• 7+ years of relevant experience with multiple years leading projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets
• Knowledge of client standards and quality control processes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for worksites, client meetings, and conferences
• Legally authorized to work permanently in the country
• Willingness to travel out‑of‑town and overnight occasionally for professional development or project work
