Coordinator models, oversee the coordination process, ensure model capability, model types, and model interoperability;
Assist with quantity take-offs;
Implement, initiate, and monitor BIM/VDC tools on construction sites;
Structure and address project data at tender, operations, and claim phases;
Conduct research on innovative products and perform testing;
Teach and audit to ensure compliance with standards and management plans;
Implement and administrate common data environment platforms;
Provide training, support and service related to the coordination of data on the collaboration platforms and other tools;
Distribute tasks, as required, to members and specialists within the Project Services Team;
Assist the PRoject Services and BIM/VDC team in providing support services for various established BIM/VDC tools (models/schedules/estimates/documents);
Optimize monitoring tools for department management;

Bilingual - Written and oral fluency, in French and English.
Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;

Experience in site operations, submissions and project completion;
Knowledge of BIM/VDC processes;
Understanding of construction workflows in the civil field;
Mastery of the ACC platform is required;
