- Coordinate and track the submittal and approval process of Designs and materials ensuring client sign off and approval.
- Attend Site Meetings and report on progress.
- Look at risk/design problems by finding solutions with our Design Team before they materialize.

Design Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work a large scale residential project starting in South County Dublin in Q4 2025. Our client has a great reputation and is very busy in various sector and is heading into it’s busiest year ever in 2026. We are ideally looking for a Design Manager with at least some Main Building Contractor experience but we will consider candidates from other backgrounds.
- Ideally have at least 4 years’ experience working as a Design Manager / Design Coordinator on building projects in the Ireland or the UK.
- Have good planning and programme skills.
- Engineering or Architectural degree.
- Should have a good understanding BCAR, TGD, environmental - health and Safety regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent salary circa €75k-€85k
