Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures to maintain a zero-harm work environment, ensuring full compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and company policies
Execute all aspects of capital works projects from establishment through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and quality specifications
Coordinate with Team Lead, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate seamless project execution and maintain clear communication channels throughout all phases of capital works projects
Support the capital works team on site to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of all project deliverables in accordance with established health and safety protocols and organizational standards
Civil works and operation of various plant including excavators
Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards, conducting regular inspections and quality assurance checks in accordance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements
