The Role

Overview

Assist construction projects, handling docs, schedules, inspections, and team coordination.

Tasks

-Support real client projects by participating in construction observation and/or inspection of construction activities. -Assist with preparing schedule reports. -Interface with the project team and task managers. -Manage online project document control system. -Review and update submittal status reports. -Attend project meetings and assist with keeping minutes. -Maintain project files/documentation including logs.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated interest in construction management through applied coursework, prior internships, or other work experiences. -Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. -Ability to thrive in a team environment. -Will require outside work in a variety of weather conditions. -Must hold a valid driver's license. -Excellent oral and written communication skills.
