- IM leads the assurance and quality control of all documents and artefacts submitted and stored within the project environment. This includes rigorous validation processes to maintain data integrity, traceability, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- The IM function provides leadership to both direct and indirect reports, ensuring that the principles, structures, tools, and responsibilities are clearly defined. This enables the team to execute area plans effectively and deliver excellence in every aspect of information management.
- The Information Management (IM) function is responsible for defining and delivering robust IM strategies, standards, and processes across client-facing projects and programmes. This includes full alignment with international standards such as ISO 19650, ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in digital delivery.
- Depending on the scale and complexity of the project, the IM function may take overall leadership or support the Associate Director (IM Lead). In all cases, IM works collaboratively to support the net zero carbon transition, proactively identifying and managing carbon emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.
- Foster a culture of Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.
- The IM function coordinates the setup, implementation, and ongoing development of the Common Data Environment (CDE). This centralised platform enables secure, structured, and collaborative information exchange throughout the project lifecycle.
- IM professionals contribute technical and functional expertise to the global Digital Centre of Excellence. This includes sharing knowledge, developing processes, and curating case studies that enhance the organisation’s digital capabilities and thought leadership.
- Processes are developed and implemented in line with ISO 19650, including defining how information is produced, assured, and delivered digitally. This ensures that all stakeholders operate within a consistent framework that supports high-quality outcomes.
- IM plays a critical role in supporting bids by developing and presenting tailored IM strategies and solutions. This ensures that proposals are underpinned by credible, scalable, and innovative digital delivery frameworks that meet client needs.

- Evidence of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver challenging goals and objectives using industry knowledge to aid decision making.
- Extensive years of experience in projects from initiation to closure.

- Significant experience required in development, implementation and management of business systems, including policies and procedures.

- Expertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Leverage exceptional written and verbal skills in English to effectively articulate ideas, strategies, and project performance to a range of audiences.
