- Clean, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems and job sites for safe and efficient operation.
- Learn and follow safety procedures and building codes.
- Ensure tools are properly used, maintained, and returned to storage.
- Assist with the installation of HVAC ductwork, systems, and components under the supervision of a licensed HVAC technician.
- Drive company vehicles as needed (if authorized and licensed).
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors to coordinate tasks.
- Carry tools and materials to and from job sites, load and unload supplies, and prepare work areas.
- Support in measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork using hand and power tools.

- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade.
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Noise level can be moderate to loud; PPE (personal protective equipment) is required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
- Prior experience in construction or HVAC is a plus but not required.
