The Senior Lead Consultant, Impact Assessment will lead blast‑risk desktop reviews and, when required, blast‑risk modeling for complex industrial and energy infrastructure projects. The work involves gathering and analyzing data to identify potential blast and fire hazards, quantifying likelihood and consequences via a risk matrix, and recommending practical mitigation measures.
Key responsibilities include reviewing authoritative sources, reports and geospatial datasets to assess blast risks within site boundaries, mapping properties that could present blast hazards such as pipelines and fuel depots, and determining proximity to power stations and related exclusion zones. The consultant will quantify risk by calculating impact radii, return periods, and evaluating site vulnerabilities, and will perform modeling and develop mitigation recommendations as needed.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis; no sponsorship is available.
