The project portfolio consists of initiatives managed by the Client team or overseen by third‑party developers under the Client’s supervision, covering fit‑out works, new construction and master‑planning activities.
- Prioritise safety, ensuring wellbeing, compliance and sustainable delivery.
- Deliver client‑focused outcomes through strategic direction, service excellence and industry engagement.
- Uphold integrity and shape long‑term strategy, accountability for people, planet and performance.
- Mentor and develop teams, fostering innovation, talent growth and opportunity to excel.
- Lead PMO and Project Controls, designing frameworks and managing delivery across commissions.
- Act as trusted advisor, building strong client relationships and providing subject‑matter expertise.
- Drive governance, reporting, baselines, risk analysis and compliance to achieve objectives.
- Support resourcing, champion innovation and the net‑zero transition.
