Three years of customer service related experience or clerical related experience.

Ability to attain Section 8 Housing Specialist Certification within 1 year of hire.
Demonstrated computer skills necessary to effectively complete duties.
Previous housing experience desirable.

A new employee in this position will be paid $24.75 - $25.99 per hour based on experience. In compliance with the Equal Pay & Opportunities Act, the full salary range is $24.75 - $34.65 per hour.
