Represent Nations Roof at BOMA, industry associations, and regional trade shows.
Support marketing efforts by providing input on customer trends, case studies, and success stories.
Work with local divisions to align market strategies and share insights.
Build and nurture relationships with building owners, property managers, developers, consultants, and general contractors.
Actively participate in local networking events to strengthen brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Achieve and exceed annual sales targets through disciplined planning and execution.
Identify and pursue new commercial roofing and construction opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and market research.
Build relationships with consultants, property and facility decision-makers, and other key influencers.
Manage customer expectations and maintain proactive communication throughout each project.
Prepare and deliver professional proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Conduct regular site visits with Technical Representative or Operations personnel to assess client needs and present technical solutions.
Participate in job walks, site meetings, and client presentations alongside technical experts.
Partner with Technical Representative and Operations to provide clients with comprehensive roofing solutions.
Develop long-term partnerships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and proactive follow-up.
Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to ensure accuracy in project scope, pricing, and delivery.

3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably within commercial construction, roofing, or building envelope systems.
Strong understanding of the commercial construction process and project lifecycle.
Experience using CRM tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings, site visits, and events.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prospect, close new business, and grow customer accounts.
