The ideal candidate is proficient with productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint across devices, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrates strong attention to detail, organization and time‑management.
Desirable experience includes using HRIS platforms (ideally Zoho People), previous roles in HR or people operations, strong administrative capabilities, and proven Excel data‑analytics skills, all while adhering to company policies, ISO standards and NERS accreditation requirements.
