As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in converting warm leads into loyal clients by selling Mynd’s property management services to real estate investors. These prospective clients are actively seeking solutions — your job is to help them understand how Mynd’s platform, services, and team can unlock value in their portfolios. You will manage a steady flow of interest, guiding investors from initial inquiry through onboarding, and ensuring each interaction moves the deal forward.
- Educate and challenge real estate investors to adopt growth-focused investment strategies
- Serve as a company representative in eviction-related court hearings when required. This includes in-person appearances for contested cases, appeals, or by court or legal request to support case resolution and clarify property management actions
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas tied to closed-won revenue or unit goals
- Provide exceptional service to both prospects and active clients, nurturing relationships over time
- Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce), with detailed notes on all interactions
- Collect required onboarding materials and ensure accurate client records
- Manage leads through the full sales cycle, following proven sales processes
- Use multiple internal tools and systems to manage lead flow, track activity, and support onboarding

- Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, real estate, or other client-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with property management, real estate investing, or single-family rental operations
- Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative team player who works well across departments
- Resourceful problem-solver with excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
- Teachable and coachable, with a growth mindset
- Active Texas Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
- Demonstrated success in client retention, upselling, or growing a book of business
Benefits$45,000 - $56,000 annual base salary
This role offers a competitive annual base salary plus uncapped commission. Total compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and location. The compensation range may be adjusted accordingly to reflect these factors.
Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position. Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors. Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only a part of our total compensation package.
