A day in the life of a Land Acquisition Associate is exciting and varied. You will maintain the company’s pipeline of potential land deals, ensure they fit the Division’s market strategy, create financial models, develop tracking worksheets, and maintain acquisition files and reports. Your responsibilities include researching property, analyzing data, drafting documents, networking with land professionals, building financial models, identifying underutilized properties, and ensuring contract compliance, all in a hybrid work environment with onsite presence four days a week.
The role utilizes technical tools such as DXC Homebuilder One (HB1), the Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint to support daily activities.
