What you would be doing
maintain inventory
operate forklift
inspect deliveries
monitor stock
adhere safety
coordinate movement
Pick and issue materials to production and engineering teams.
Assist with offsite collections and deliveries as needed.
Ensure compliance with quality and audit standards.
Conduct regular cycle counts.
Monitor stock levels and notify shortages or excesses.
Report discrepancies or damaged goods promptly.
Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely (training provided if required).
Prepare goods for despatch to subcontractors.
Adhere to company health and safety policies.
Coordinate stock movement between multiple sites.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders.
Support project-specific material requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/SAP systems.
Record and label stock accurately in the system.
Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential, training will be given).
Driving licence required. (also 3.5-ton capabilities would also be beneficial).
