Specialist | Pursuits and Bids (12 months fixed-term)

Description

• Conduct research and contribute to win strategies and positioning activities for clients and opportunities.
• Ensure accurate CRM use, maintain data integrity, and update bidrelated resources and templates.
• Support tender and bid processes, including scheduling, compliance checks, document production, and coordination with internal teams.
• Apply best practice tools and liaise with knowledge teams to enhance pursuit and bidding effectiveness across the business.
• Draft and coordinate content for bid documents, pitch presentations, and bespoke client offerings.
• Working with the technical staff and within a broader marketing, communications and business development team to ensure quality and consistency in all proposal/qualification documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing with 35 years’ experience working in pursuits and bids in the AEC industry or similar.
• Experience in working with highperforming pursuit teams
• Experience of bidding lifecycle and bid delivery at Country/Office level
• Knowledge of AEC bidding and procurement methods.
