Collaborate with project managers, installers, and other stakeholders to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
Develop and implement audit plans to evaluate installation quality and adherence to safety protocols.
Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, compliance gaps, and recommendations for improvement.
Stay up to date with industry trends, standards, and best practices related to electrical installations and metering technologies.
Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance auditing skills and knowledge of compliance requirements.
Conduct thorough inspections of electrical meter installations performed by unionized installers to assess compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Knowledge of and experience with computer software such as Microsoft Office and meter specific software.
Bachelor’s degree/college degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in developing audit plans, conducting inspections, and preparing clear, concise reports.
A valid Class ‘G’ Ontario Driver’s License, driver’s insurance and an excellent driving record.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and safety regulations.
First Aid and CPR certificates and knowledge of EUSA and the OHSA are assets.
Relevant certifications such as Journeyperson 309A, Journeyperson Meter Technician, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Energy Auditor etc. are a plus.
Proven experience in auditing, quality assurance, or related roles within the electrical or construction industry.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
