- Identify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issues
- Undertake regular Health and Safety reviews
- Run daily pre-start meetings
- Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements and instil a safety culture on site
- Coach and mentor Graduates and junior team members on site
- Ensure Trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations
- Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site
- Manage and oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets
- Use our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations

- An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies
- Experience across a range of project types and industries, e.g. commercial, residential and education, on new build projects
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment
- Experience with Hammertech, Aconex and Visibuild or similar systems (desirable)
- A genuine passion for the Construction industry and a focus on safety
- Ability to manage and influence construction teams, subcontractors and consultants
- Strong track record of safe and high-quality delivery of construction projects
