  • Identify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issues
  • Undertake regular Health and Safety reviews
  • Run daily pre-start meetings
  • Follow all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements and instil a safety culture on site
  • Coach and mentor Graduates and junior team members on site
  • Ensure Trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations
  • Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site
  • Manage and oversee operations on site in accordance with project programs and budgets
  • Use our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations

  • An understanding of best practice construction and safety methodologies
  • Experience across a range of project types and industries, e.g. commercial, residential and education, on new build projects
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Supervisor, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor environment
  • Experience with Hammertech, Aconex and Visibuild or similar systems (desirable)
  • A genuine passion for the Construction industry and a focus on safety
  • Ability to manage and influence construction teams, subcontractors and consultants
  • Strong track record of safe and high-quality delivery of construction projects
