Proven maintenance experience, such as repairs associated with pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems
A minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance service
Must be able to climb a ladder and work in high areas
Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Technical education is a plus
CNC equipment experiences preferred
Must have experience with hydraulic pumps and piping
Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices
Strong organizational, follow up, and communication skills and extreme eye for detail
Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
Regular attendance and timeliness is an essential function of the job to avoid having any disruptions in production
Ability to weld with mig and stick machine
Pneumatic understanding or manufacturing machinery and general plumbing skills highly desirable
Proper use of torch rig, electrical hand tools, grinders, drill motors, die grinders, porta band, and bench grinder
This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and always be highly alert
Ability to maintain focus while working individually
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Software and program loading experience preferred
Welding and metal fabrication experience preferred
Forklift, man lift and associated safety equipment experience, preferred
Ability to check/read blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
The ability to work accurately, thoroughly and meet deadlines
Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
Strong time management skills, maintaining an active work list and timely completion of work items
Electrical experience needed in 460/230 3 phase services, troubleshooting circuits, motor starters, lighting andcontrol wiring
Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts
