Develop and maintain the Site Utilization Plan
Maintain a clean and orderly job site
Close out the project in compliance with the contract documents
Manage and develop field engineers and assistant superintendents. Orient new personnel to the company and project
Maintain accurate timekeeping and cost records
Comply with all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports, SOS, weekly unit reports, weekly updates to the “two-week look-ahead” and monthly updates to the construction schedule
Expedite vendors and subcontractors on a daily and weekly basis. Identify and resolve construction problems as they develop. Keep the project on schedule
Review weekly labor reports and monthly total job cost reports carefully to determine areas needing special attention, and initiate changes and procedures to bring costs back into budget
Manage project planning – develop and execute the pre-job plan. Determine the construction techniques to be used to construct the project
Manage the preparation of the CPM baseline, monthly CPM schedule updates and narratives, and CPM fragnets with changes and delays
Review equipment requirements with the project manager
Plan, staff and manage self-performance activities
Strives to satisfy the customer, subcontractor, vendor and company
Coordinate, schedule and manage all subcontractors and vendors. Conduct Weekly Subcontractor Coordination Meetings with all onsite or soon to be onsite subcontractor supervision
Maintain safety standards – monitor safety planning, execution and documentation on assigned project
Review monthly sub pay apps to ensure progress in line with actual work installed
Mitigate all potential subcontractors’ change orders and back-charges that may affect project profitability and document them to the extent required

B.A. or B.S.in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, or equivalent experience 10+ years of Superintendent experience
This role requires regular physical activity, including walking, standing for extended periods of time, and working in various outdoor conditions as part of daily field operations. Must be able to traverse and inspect all areas of jobsite in all types of weather, if needed. This may include climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching. Occasional office work will be required.
Occasional heavy lifting (=50 lbs./=22.7 + kg) can be expected, though exertion of up to 10lbs of force is more common.
Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control and production of all phases of construction
