Review Bill of Material with the engineering teams for the projects
Coordinate the schedule with the fulfilment team and arrange the project delivery to the job site to meet the installation
Ensure that goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning the transportation routes, selecting the mode of transportation, and tracking the shipment from pick-up through delivery all the while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements
Monitor the shipment status and check invoices to request payment to vendors
Place purchasing orders with the vendors and monitor PO status to follow up the projects
Adhere to existing logistics processes and apply both industry and organizational best practices
Update daily PO tracking spreadsheet, including PO, delivery, and Invoice etc.
Continuous tracking and tracing of all inbound/outbound shipments, including daily organizing and saving of commercial shipping documents onto our database

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Efficient interaction between vendors and internal teams with the highest levels of customer service.
