As a Project Engineer at Findorff, you will gain hands-on experience in Estimating, Field Operations, Safety, and Project Management. Our program is designed to ensure engineers are exposed to various aspects of construction, with the goal of developing robust construction knowledge, financial literacy, safety, quality, and becoming well-rounded in all aspects of the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry best practices, construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control measures.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Internship, co-op experience, or 2+ years of relevant industry experience in project management, field engineering, or estimating.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal, and nonverbal communication.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Exposure to construction project management, scheduling, cost management, and subcontractor coordination is preferred.
