- Lead the development of detailed MEP estimates for large-scale institutional, and health care projects across supported regions - Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost breakdowns - Evaluate subcontractor bids and perform scope reviews to ensure alignment with project requirements - Collaborate with design teams to identify value engineering opportunities and constructability solutions - Participate in preconstruction meetings and presentations with clients, architects, and internal stakeholders - Maintain and update historical cost data, unit pricing, and benchmarking tools - Stay current on regional market trends, labor rates, and material costs across supported geographies - Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools

- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -They don't do any utility work or residential
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Bluebeam, CostX, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
