Process and review account adjustments, small balance write offs, credit memos and refunds for assigned customer accounts
Collaborate with Customer, Sales, and internal operations, ensuring resolution of customer issues in a professional, respectful, and timely manner

Strong aptitude for and proficiency navigating systems and programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
