- Analyze GFC/construction drawings for precise quantity take-offs.
- Work collaboratively with structural engineers, architects, and other design disciplines to ensure accurate and timely outputs.
- Conduct rate analysis for civil construction items in line with CPWD/DSR formats.
- Reconcile cement, steel, and other free-supply materials.
- Apply thumb rules and ratios for key civil construction items such as cement and reinforcement consumption.
- Prepare, check, and certify running and final bills for civil construction.
- Leverage a network of suppliers, vendors, and contractors to gather reliable data and resources.
- Review and extract measurements/dimensions from AutoCAD drawings.
- Prepare accurate quantity take-offs (BOQs) supported by measurement sheets and hand sketches.

Experience: 4-5 Years
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil construction and consultancy, with expertise in quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and material reconciliation.
- Candidates from Gujarat will be preferred.
- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech / M.E. / M. Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD for reviewing and measuring drawings.
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of civil construction activities, including RCC work, road and infrastructure projects, structural steel work, architectural finishes, plumbing, sanitary, and aluminum section work.
- 4-5 years of quantity surveying experience in civil contracting or consultancy organizations.
- High attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of work.
- Resourcefulness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
