Integrated Construction Tech Coordinator

Description

• Build virtual models from plans, specifications and elevations under supervision.
• Collaborate on construction site logistics models and trade partner model coordination, reporting to project management.
• Update models and assist in creation and processing of RFIs.
• Promote virtual construction tools, share new technologies and drive adoption of PCL processes.
• Develop and maintain strong, customer‑focused relationships with all stakeholders.
• Read and interpret 2D/3D construction drawings, specifications and markups.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree, diploma or 2‑year certificate in architecture, engineering, construction or related discipline.
• Preferably have co‑op or relevant construction experience with drafting and modeling skills.
• Possess working knowledge of 3D modeling/VDC software; exposure to 4D scheduling tools is a plus.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
