Schedule Programmed Works, travelling to properties to validate scopes submitted by our client, identifying any variations.
Undertake works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
Complete pre, mid and post work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.
Ensure all information relating to each work order is accurately captured within WMS and all relevant systems.
Build and maintain very strong relationships with customers.

High School Certificate, Mechanical or Electrical, or relevant Trade Certificate and driver’s licence.
Experience in construction trade.
Experience in project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to proactively build relationships with key stakeholders.
Travel to the following locations: Redfern, Glebe, Chippendale area and whist being based at the office in Kingsgrove.
